Brand Guidelines

Brand Usage Policy

Coiena Ltd. maintains strict control over the use of its trademarks, logos, and brand assets. Unauthorised use of Coiena branding may constitute trademark infringement and may result in legal action.

These guidelines apply to all uses of Coiena branding, including but not limited to: media coverage, partnerships, integrations, and marketing materials. Third parties must obtain written permission before using Coiena trademarks or brand assets.

Authorised Use

The following uses are permitted without explicit authorisation:

  • Editorial or journalistic references to Coiena in news articles or reviews
  • User-generated content created on the Coiena platform
  • Fair use under applicable trademark law

Media and Press

Members of the press may request brand assets for editorial purposes by contacting our communications team. We can provide:

  • High-resolution logo files (PNG, SVG formats)
  • Product screenshots and promotional imagery
  • Company information and executive headshots
  • Press releases and media kits

Partnership Branding

Organisations entering into formal partnerships with Coiena will receive brand usage guidelines specific to their partnership agreement. All co-branding must be approved by Coiena's marketing team before publication.

Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

  • Using Coiena trademarks as part of your own brand identity or logo
  • Creating modified or derivative versions of Coiena logos
  • Using Coiena branding in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation
  • Registering domain names, social media handles, or trademarks containing "Coiena"
  • Using Coiena branding in connection with illegal, harmful, or offensive content

Asset Requests

To request brand assets, please email branding@coiena.com with:

  • Your name and organisation
  • Intended use case
  • Distribution channels
  • Timeline and deadline

Requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Approval is at Coiena's sole discretion.
