1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Coiena ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

4. Discord Integration

Coiena uses Discord OAuth2 for authentication. By using our Service, you agree to Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We only access the information necessary for authentication (Discord ID, username, avatar, and email).

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you post on Coiena. By posting content, you grant Coiena a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

6. Peer Badge System

Our peer badge system is automatically calculated based on your network activity. Badges are earned through genuine engagement and cannot be purchased or artificially manipulated. We reserve the right to revoke badges obtained through fraudulent means.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on Coiena's Service are provided "as is". Coiena makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties. Further, Coiena does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Service.

9. Limitations

In no event shall Coiena or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Coiena's Service.

10. Revisions

Coiena may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this Service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
